Soleste Hollywood Village South comprises eight stories and 160,250 square feet, with 203 luxury rental apartments, five ground-floor living/working units, a furnished fourth-floor patio and 273 parking spaces.

Both buildings will offer bachelors, one-bedroom units, one-bedroom units with dens, and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 418 to 945 square feet. Units will include sleek and spacious modern kitchens with gourmet stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops and European-style cabinetry.
