The Indianola City Council approved a site plan adjustment for new construction on N Jefferson Way at its Monday meeting. City manager Ben Reeves told KNIA News the changes to the plan for building new businesses come with necessary action from council.
“It was a project approved a few weeks ago, but the developer wanted to make some changes to the exterior architecture of the building. Adding a little more stone, changing the exterior of the building slightly, and it required council action. The council approved it, so the project continues to move forward.
The site will contain space for two new businesses to move into the area at 1010 N Jefferson Way. For more information, tune in to Let’s Talk Indianola today.
